Geology has a number of projects in the works for 2017 so far with four definite releases planned for the coming months. Three newcomers to the label along with one return visit.

One by Former Selves – an album called The Heart Wants that is somewhat of a companion piece to another release he has coming soon on Patient Sounds. These are both exceptionally strong releases. Get excited if you are a fan of his previous work – you’re going to love both of these.

Another by Grand Mal, a double reissue of his great albums Bashful Moon and Nyte Lyte.

A new, as yet untitled, really gorgeous ambient drone release by Greenhouse who put out a fantastic tape on Bonzer at the tail end of 2015 called The Sound The Sky Makes.

Finally I’m pleased to have Strange Mountain return with an incredible new album, Rides Eternal. I’m obviously a fan, having released his Inhibitions album in 2014, but was absolutely blown away when I heard this one. It is Strange Mountain. No question. And he’s making wild leaps forward. Get ready.

Exact dates aren’t yet set in stone, but these will probably come out in two mini-batches, ideally one in late March and one in May. More news soon.
